Great post. White papers are super powerful lead generation tools. However, most people "post and hope." This means they post white papers on their website and hope something good happens. This is like fishing for tuna in the neighborhood pool. Smart folks are promoting white papers. Your suggestions are great places to start. I discuss these points in detail on my blog.
